Terms of use for the CONTAINEX Configurator

The following applies to the use of the CONTAINEX Configurator:

1. Scope of application and scope of services

• The subject of these Terms of Use is the use of the Configurator provided by CONTAINEX Container-Handelsgesellschaft m.b.H. (hereinafter referred to as “CONTAINEX”). By accessing or using the Configurator, the user (hereinafter referred to as “User”) acknowledges the validity of these Terms of Use.
• CONTAINEX reserves the right to amend the Terms of Use at any time at its own discretion.
• The Configurator is a tool that is provided exclusively to registered commercial users free of charge for marketing purposes. With the configurator, users can design container solutions in the area of office and sanitary containers according to their individual ideas and thus create a non-binding example of a container system.
• CONTAINEX reserves the right to revoke access authorization at any time without giving reasons.
• It is expressly pointed out that the static load-bearing capacity and the technical feasibility of the container solutions created in the configurator are not checked.

2. Disclaimer

• CONTAINEX accepts no liability for the accuracy, technical feasibility or safety of the container solutions created in the configurator.
• The generated sketches are for illustrative purposes only.
• Any use of the generated content is at the user's own risk.
• CONTAINEX accepts no liability for the accessibility and functionality of the free configurator.
• The entire content of the website (illustrations, texts, formulations, brands, images, videos, graphics) is the intellectual property of CONTAINEX.

The use of the CONTAINEX website does not give the user any license or other rights of use with regard to the rights contained on the website (e.g. industrial property rights, copyrights and related rights, etc.). Trademarks, design, images, texts, parts of texts and other contents of the CONTAINEX website may not be changed, copied, reproduced, used, supplemented or utilized in any other way without the prior written consent of CONTAINEX.

3. Final provisions

• Amendments and additions to this contract can only be made in writing. Verbal collateral agreements are invalid.
• Should one or more of the conditions of this contract be invalid for any reason whatsoever, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining content of the contract.
• This contract is subject to Austrian law. The court for commercial matters in Vienna, Innere Stadt, shall have jurisdiction for the settlement of disputes. Austrian law shall apply exclusively, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and the conflict of laws rules of Austrian private international law.
